Smoothies might seem like an easy way of getting to your 5 a day, but some shop bought smoothies contain as much sugar as a can of coke! The natural sugars in fruit and the acid in vitamin c will contribute to tooth decay and acid erosion. It is important to get your teeth checked regularly by a dentist, who will be able to spot any signs of acid erosion, discuss your diet with you and give you tailored advice, to help you keep your smile healthy ūüôā #smoothies #erosion #toothdecay #5aday #dentist #chorlton #eczema #soyummy #instahealth #healthylifestyle #drink #healthylife #healthyliving #slurp #healthychoices #instadrink #healthy #health #eatclean #delicious #mumlife #milkkefir #excemafighter #healthylivingtips #kefirmilk #superfoodsmoothies #kefirgrains #5adaykids
